About Our Services
Carma Med Spas provides online medical consultations for weight management, including evaluation for GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate.
We do not sell, dispense, or ship medications. If prescribed, you will be referred to a licensed partner pharmacy or dispensary for delivery. All medication-related transactions, refunds, or shipping issues are handled by the partner.
Eligibility & Patient Responsibilities
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and consultations.
- Understand that prescription eligibility is determined by a licensed healthcare provider, and no outcomes or guarantees are promised.
- Seek emergency care immediately for any urgent medical situation.
Telehealth Consent
- By using our Services, you consent to telehealth consultations, including video, audio, chat, and electronic transmission. You understand the benefits and limitations, including risks from not having in-person examinations. You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing the Services.
No Medical Advice Guarantee

Third-Party Dispensaries & Shipping
- If prescribed, you will work directly with a licensed partner pharmacy/dispensary:
- Carma Medspas is not responsible for shipping delays, errors, or losses
- Shipping policies, fees, cold-chain handling, and delivery risks are determined by the pharmacy.
- Always review the partner’s policies for returns and refunds.
Fees, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
We use your data responsibly to:
- Consultation fees are due at the time of booking
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once completed
- Cancellations/rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Medication charges and refunds are handled solely by the dispensing pharmacy.
- Chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension or termination of service

Accounts & Security
- Safeguard your login credentials.
- Notify Carma Med Spas immediately of any unauthorized account activity.
- Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
User Conduct
